PS5 System Software Update 26.05-13.60.00 Now Available – Full Patch Notes Listed
Sony Interactive Entertainment has started rolling out PS5 system software update 26.05-13.60.00 for users to download, although don’t get too excited as it’s not a major patch.
The official PS5 firmware 26.05-13.60.00 patch notes are as follows:

The PS5 originally launched in November 2020 during the middle of the worldwide coronavirus pandemic, which resulted in major stock shortages that would go on to last more than 18 months. The console released in two versions – a disc-based model and a digital-only edition – with Sony later releasing a slim version of the PS5 alongside a more powerful edition known as PS5 Pro.
The format holder has been making waves recently for its controversial decision to scrap production of physical game discs on PlayStation in January 2028. This has all but confirmed that the as-yet unannounced PS6 will not feature a disc drive as Sony moves to a digital-only future.
