Keep getting "Unknown error occurred" whenever I try to upload files for a work assignment. Took a look at the status history and it doesn't look pretty, and it isn't even reporting an issue with file uploads for today. According to the site, all affected file upload errors from yesterday are "fully recovered." I've done a system reset, cleared browser cache, signed out and in, tried a new chat, etc. and still no dice. Doesn't feel great since I'm supposed to be using this for my work assignment and the time expectation is now taking that into account.
