The filing indicates that the total offering is for $13.5M and there were two investors in this close. Matthew Cohen and Ruben de Vries founded the company in 2020. Provable Markets has now raised a total of $15.5M in reported equity funding.

Petra Labs, an AI search optimization platform that connects brand visibility in AI-generated answers to revenue attribution for enterprise brands, has raised $5.2M in Seed funding led by Work-Bench with participation from Afore Capital and Pathlight Ventures. Sami Akkawi, Rishi Penmetcha, and Ramie Khoury founded the company in 2025.
