Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: Where to Find All Portraits

There are a lot of hidden items scattered throughout the world of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. There are legendary swords and guns to find, hidden chests, and even portraits of Edward’s enemies.

There are a total of 11 portraits to find in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. While most of these portraits are found through exploration, there are some that are rewarded when completing a specific quest.

If you are trying to find all the portraits, you have come to the right place. This guide will walk you through how to find all the portraits in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Bartholomew Robert’s Portrait

Bartholomew Robert’s portrait is located on the northeast side of Principe. The portrait’s coordinates are 113,20.

When you reach these coordinates, you will encounter a small camp. The portrait is located inside a white tent, as shown in the images below.

Ben Hornigold’s Portrait

Ben Hornigold’s portrait can be found at the Santanillas ruins. The portrait’s coordinates are 191,223.

When you reach these coordinates, you will find an abandoned ship. Climb onto the ship to find Ben Hornigold’s portrait near the door to the captain’s quarters.

Blackbeard’s Portrait

Players can get Blackbeard’s portrait by completing the “Blackbeard’s Treasure” quest in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Once you complete this quest, Blackbeard’s portrait is automatically rewarded to you. In other words, you don’t have to explore the open world to find this one.

Commodore Chamberlaine’s Portrait

Commodore Chamberlaine’s portrait can be found on the west side of Nassau. The portrait’s coordinates are 589,757.

When you arrive at the location shown in the image above, you will find a large house with an open window on the second floor. Climb the house and go through the window to find Commodore Chamberlaine’s portrait hanging on the wall.

El Tiburon’s Portrait

El Tiburon’s portrait can be found on the northwest side of Havana. The portrait’s exact coordinates are 204,608, as shown in the image attached below.

When you approach this location, you will find a large fort. Go around the back of this fort to find an opening against the structure. Inside this opening, you will find the El Tiburon portrait hanging on the wall.

Julien Du Casse’s Portrait

The portrait of Julien Du Casse can be found in the Manor, located at Great Inagua.

After entering the front door of the Manor, take a right into the next room to find the portrait in the center of the room. It is found facing the fireplace, between the couches.

The portrait doesn’t appear in the screenshot above due to me already grabbing it earlier in my playthrough. However, the portrait can be found where the table is in the screenshot.

Laureano De Torres’ Portait

The Laureano De Torres portrait can be found on the east side of Havana at the coordinates 224,595. First, head to the portrait’s waypoint marker shown in the image below.

Next, you will want to climb down from the top of the fort to find an opening in the side of the building. Head inside this opening to find the Laureano De Torres portrait hanging on the wall.

Laurens Prins’ Portrait

The Lauren Prins’ portrait can be found on the northwest side of Kingston. The portrait’s exact coordinates are 594,174, as shown in the image below.

When you reach this location, you will find a large mansion. Go up the stairs and head to the right side of the mansion to find a window that you can climb through. After climbing through the window, grab the Lauren Prins’ portrait off the wall.

Robert Maynard’s Portrait

Robert Maynard’s portrait can only be found after completing the “A World Without Gold” quest at the end of the game. Once you finish that quest, the portrait can be found in Port Royal, at coordinates 602,134.

The portrait is found right beneath the Synchronized Viewpoint near the center of Port Royal, resting up against the building.

Stede Bonnet’s Portrait

Unlike most of the other portraits in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, players don’t have to explore to find Stede Bonnet’s portrait. Instead, players must complete the “Captain Stede Bonnet” side quest in order to claim this portrait. The portrait is automatically rewarded to the player after completing the quest.

Woodes Rogers’ Portrait

The Woodes Rogers’ portrait can be found near the center of Kingston. The exact coordinates of this portrait are 618,171.

This area is restricted, so it’s best to sneak into it or be prepared to fight. The Woodes Rogers’ portrait can be found hanging on the wall underneath the overpass that’s near the entrance. I found it by climbing the building, and jumping down to the entrance of the overpass.

After you find the last portrait in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, you will be rewarded with Haytham Keyway’s Overcoat armor and a treasure map that leads to a new weapon. Additionally, after hanging all the portraits around the Manor, you will earn the “Memory of My Enemy” achievement.
