Vivo appears ready to expand its budget smartphone lineup with the upcoming Vivo T5e. Ahead of its official debut, a new leak suggests the handset could launch in India at just ₹13,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant.

Tipster Sanju Choudhary (@saaaanjjjuuu onX) claims the phone will launch in India at an aggressive starting price of ₹13,999, making it a strong rival to devices from Redmi, Realme, and Motorola. At this price, Vivo could attract first-time smartphone buyers as well as users looking for an affordable daily driver.

According to 91mobiles, the Vivo T5e will feature a 6.74-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ (1600 × 720) resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and up to 570 nits peak brightness.

It is expected to be powered by the Unisoc T7225 octa-core chipset, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, with support for microSD expansion up to 2TB. The phone is also tipped to run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box.

For photography, the Vivo T5e is expected to include an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. It may pack a 5,500mAh battery with 15W FlashCharge support, which should comfortably last a full day for regular users.
