Asmongold reveals why he “looks like a rat” and urges viewers to brush their teeth
Twitch star Asmongold shared a huge oral hygiene warning for viewers after seeing a photo of himself before his teeth fell out.
Asmongold’s messy house, streaming room, and personal hygiene are major memes in the streaming community, with many wondering how he can live in such a state.
The popular content creator has been notorious for using dead rats as alarm clocks, not showering to jumpstart his “evolution,” and drinking loads of sodas.
During a recent broadcast, the streamer highlighted an X post featuring an old photo of himself with the caption, “why did nobody tell me Asmongold used to look like Cameron Winter?”
Well, according to the creator, it all comes down to his dental hygiene, or lack thereof, and told fans that they need to take care of their teeth to avoid looking like a “rat” like him.

According to Asmongold, his facial structure changed when he lost teeth, as the bone mass of his jaw deteriorated and his face looked different.
“It changes the way that you eat,” he added.
“I fundamentally had a different facial structure, because now I can only eat with my front teeth and I don’t have any back teeth. Back then, my jawline was a lot more defined, because I was using my jaws. Now, I only eat with my front teeth like a rat, which is the reason why people say I look like a rat.”
The streamer followed this with a harrowing warning for fans: “Moral of the story, brush your f**king teeth. You don’t want to end up like that.”
Despite his newfound concern for teeth, Asmongold doesn’t seem to be showing the same attitude towards his own.
During the broadcast, he noted how when one of his teeth broke and began stabbing his tongue, he decided to get some sandpaper and file it down.
This isn’t the first time Asmongold has discussed his teeth, either. Earlier this year, he revealed he spent $7,000 to fix his “rotting” teeth and had extensive dental work done.
While hygiene still isn’t Asmongold’s forte, his new girlfriend Kaise has encouraged him to shower more and gave him a list of chores, including cleaning his house and cutting his hair shorter.
