Flandre Leaves Anyone’s Legend, Where Is He Heading Next?
World Champion top laner Li “Flandre” Xuan-Jun has officially left Anyone’s Legend after the organization decided to sign Chen “Breathe” Chen. The veteran top laner has been left teamless for the rest of the year, but rumors about him joining BLG are starting to spread.
Something had to change for Anyone’s Legend
This has been a rough year for Anyone’s Legend, as the team failed to qualify for MSI and also struggled at the Esports World Cup 2026, so a change was clearly needed. In 2025, they were undoubtedly one of the best teams in the world, but this year, two fourth place finishes in the LPL are definitely not what they were hoping to achieve.
The loss to Karmine Corp at EWC may have been the final factor behind the decision to make a change, and with Breathe available after a poor split with Invictus Gaming, the organization ultimately decided to move Flandre to the bench.

What’s next for Flandre?
This is not what anyone expected from a top laner who has performed well in recent years and even won a Worlds title. Still, the move does make sense. Breathe is an experienced top laner who shines especially on carry champions.
Rumors have also started to circulate about Flandre possibly joining Bilibili Gaming for LPL Split 3, following Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin’s break and Yang “Wenbo” Wen-Bo’s promotion to the main team.

It is not officially known whether Flandre is actually joining BLG, and if he would be brought in to compete in a six-man roster or to start in the top lane. If the rumors are true, this could be either a huge upgrade for BLG or a complete disaster.
Flandre and Bin are almost complete opposites as players. One is willing to take weak side and sacrifice for the team, while the other needs to be the star player to get the most out of his potential.
A six-man roster would give BLG more flexibility depending on how the meta evolves and how the team performs. On the other hand, it could also have a serious impact on Bin’s mentality, which, as we know, is not exactly his strongest trait.
