Pakistan Aasan Khidmat Markaz Launches E-Sahulat and E-Stamp Services

Pakistan has introduced new digital public services to make government procedures easier and faster for citizens. The National Information Technology Board (NITB), a subsidiary organization of the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, has launched E-Sahulat and E-Stamp services at the Pakistan Aasan Khidmat Markaz.

The new services aim to provide several government facilities under one roof. Citizens will now be able to access biometric verification, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration, and domicile-related services at the center.

The Pakistan Aasan Khidmat Markaz has also started issuing electronic stamp papers. The launch of the E-Stamp service is expected to simplify the process of obtaining stamp papers and reduce the time citizens spend completing related procedures.

Under the new system, citizens can access multiple government services from a single location instead of visiting different government offices. This will help reduce unnecessary trips and make public service delivery more convenient.

The E-Stamp facility is also expected to make the stamp paper process more efficient. Citizens will be able to obtain electronic stamp papers through the center, reducing dependence on traditional procedures.

The initiative is part of broader efforts to expand digital government services in Pakistan. NITB plans to introduce more digital public services at the Pakistan Aasan Khidmat Markaz in phases.
