Hai Robotics partners with Dexion Victoria and Dawson Robotics
Hai Robotics recently announced a strategic partnership with Australian racking supplier Dexion Victoria and system integrator Dawson Robotics, marking a new phase in the company’s localisation strategy in the Australian market.
Through this collaboration, Hai Robotics will gain more precise insights into local market demands, delivering better-adapted HaiPick automated case-handling mobile robot solutions for customers.

The partnership with Dexion Victoria and Dawson Robotics represents a significant step in deepening Hai Robotics’ presence in Australia. Local partnerships support market expansion
Since establishing its Australian subsidiary in 2022, Hai Robotics has built a comprehensive local service ecosystem, including a network of local partners, core industry solutions and regional research and development support, laying the foundation for this collaboration.
The partnership will focus on addressing demand for high-density warehousing in the Australian market, enhancing the adaptability of HaiPick solutions and improving project implementation efficiency through the industry experience and customer networks of its partners.
Dexion Victoria is preparing to complete the installation of a HaiPick Climb demonstration system at its new warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria, in August 2026.
The system will provide local customers with a platform for hands-on product demonstrations and solution validation.
Through its collaboration with Dawson Robotics, Hai Robotics can more efficiently advance project implementation, helping ensure the seamless integration of its solutions with customers’ existing infrastructure.
This local partner and core technology model not only enhances the company’s service responsiveness in the Australian market but also provides customers with more reliable after-sales support and technical assistance.

Nathan Zeng, President of Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and South Korea at Hai Robotics, says there is strong demand for warehouse automation in the Australian market.
