The robotics startup is said to be hiring more staff as it searches for research engineers to help it develop more capable AI systems for physical machines, in the form of Mbodi AI. The company’s hiring pace suggests it’s digging deeper into embodied AI, where software needs to interpret commands, sense its environment and manipulate robots in the physical world.
