Black Sesame Technologies Completes Acquisition of Eeasy Tech, Fully Accelerating Edge AI Strategy
Gasgoo Munich-Black Sesame Technologies has finalized its acquisition of Eeasy Tech, Gasgoo learned on July 14. The move marks a critical step for the chipmaker to solidify its edge AI footprint and extend its reach across all inference computing scenarios.
Under the terms of the deal, the parties have agreed to a three-year performance pledge. Eeasy Tech is targeting tax-inclusive revenue of no less than 300 million yuan, 400 million yuan, and 500 million yuan for 2026 through 2028, respectively—totaling at least 1.2 billion yuan. Net profit targets are set at a minimum of 5 million yuan, 35 million yuan, and 50 million yuan over the same period, summing to 90 million yuan. These clear growth milestones underscore the management team’s confidence in the business.

On the operational front, the surge in edge AI demand shows no sign of slowing. Eeasy Tech’s commercial rollout is outpacing expectations, with first-half revenue posting strong year-on-year growth. Notably, the company has already surpassed its 2026 net profit target, while gross margins and overall profitability have improved markedly. Momentum is expected to hold through the second half of the year.
With the acquisition closed, Black Sesame Technologies has completed its matrix for edge-side AI inference computing, unlocking new product synergies. The company’s Huashan and Wudang series SoCs have long dominated high-power tracks like ADAS, Robotaxis, robotics, and local AI BOX deployments, securing a high-end moat. Eeasy Tech brings its SV, SH, and SA chip lines to the table, covering mass-market sectors such as smart automotive, hardware, and security—precisely filling the gap for cost-effective, low-power computing ranging from 0.5T to 2T.
Looking ahead, the partners will jointly develop a mid-range product line spanning 2T to 10T, targeting high-reliability needs in emerging scenarios like front-view cameras, robot vacuums, and lawn mowers.
Black Sesame Technologies says it has now established a comprehensive computing ecosystem covering 0.5T to over 1,000T. This allows the group to offer industry-wide, one-stop solutions ranging from lightweight visual perception to high-level autonomous driving and central computing for humanoid robots. The move addresses the pain point of fragmented computing power, effectively boosting the value of customer partnerships across the full lifecycle.
