First in Series to Feature Korean! ‘eBaseball™ Powerful Pro Baseball 2026’ Officially Released

Konami Digital Entertainment Limited (KONAMI) announced on the 16th that it has released the baseball game ‘eBaseball™ Powerful Pro Baseball 2026’ for PlayStation®5 and Steam® platforms.

‘eBaseball™ Powerful Pro Baseball 2026’ is the latest entry in KONAMI’s long-running ‘Powerful Pro Baseball’ series, featuring updated 2026 professional baseball player data, including new draft picks, international signings, and returning players.

Powered by Unreal® Engine and the eBaseball™ Engine, this title delivers a realistic experience that mimics actual baseball games by accurately recreating ball trajectories, player movements, and stadium atmosphere. Notably, it is the first in the series to support Korean, with localized UI and in-game text to ensure a more intuitive experience for domestic users.

Additionally, the ‘2026 World Baseball Classic™’ mode returns after 17 years, allowing players to encounter national teams and top-tier athletes from around the world, including Korean representatives. This mode features world-class stars familiar to Korean baseball fans, such as Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge, Ronald Acuña Jr., Juan Soto, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., and Lee Jung-hoo.

The game also features a recreation of the actual final venue, ‘LoanDepot park™,’ and a scenario mode that simulates the flow of all 47 games leading up to the final, heightening the tension and immersion of the tournament. The Japanese national team, a past ‘World Baseball Classic™’ champion, is included as special content, allowing players to relive historic moments and legendary matches. A tournament mode is also available, enabling players to freely build teams using original players and those from the 12 professional clubs.

In the popular ‘Star Player’ career mode, players can nurture a single professional baseball player and experience their journey from a prospect to a superstar. ‘Miracle of the White Ball,’ which covers high school baseball, now includes the Designated Hitter (DH) system and rules for two-way players (starting pitcher and DH), offering various ways to enjoy the game through direct control, tactical management, or single-player focus.

Furthermore, a variety of other game modes are available, including Exhibition, Pennant Race, Spirits, Championship, Pro Baseball News, Grand Prix, Home Run Derby, and Team Edit.
