League of Legends Releases Nostalgic Video for the Launch of Classic Game Mode
The highly anticipated Classic game mode has arrived in League of Legends, where players are able to enjoy the classic Summoner’s Rift. Set in patches between launch and Season 3, players will be able to enjoy an assortment of champions, all in their original kits before their reworks hit live servers.
It’s been an exciting thing for fans of the game, both veterans and newcomers alike, as modern-day League of Legends is a far cry from what the game was at its launch. Though some controversies have already followed the game mode, there’s still plenty to enjoy for those who are looking forward to spending a lot of time in Classic.
At its launch, we got a nostalgia-filled video where we got a look at some of the old-time League of Legends memes. Including dozens of old videos making cameos, memes, and champions, it’s a tear-inducing look at how much the game has changed, and an exciting reminder of the content that’s to come.
