Manaty Steps Down From ZYB After A Clash With Adam
ZYB’s Jungler Stéphane “Manaty” Dimier has officially announced that he is stepping down from the team. The decision came a day after ZYB’s loss to KCB, in which the French jungler finished the game with a 0 to 10 scoreline.
However that’s not all since Manaty gave a bigger explaination of what happened behind the scenes that made him take this drastic decision.
The reason why Manaty decided to step down from the team
As the jungler said on his X page, the decision came after his teammate Adam “Adam” Maanane started saying negative things about him in voice chat in front of the team before the competition even started. Manaty said he is not willing to play in an environment where he does not trust a teammate at all, as he wants to enjoy playing, and, in his opinion, this is no longer an environment that suits him.

Following this decision the team was left without a jungler so the owner Yasin “Nisqy” Dinçer had to step into the jungle role in the series against Skillcamp.
This is not the first time Adam has been involved in this kind of discussion.
Adam was already at the center of major drama years ago, in 2021, when FNATIC attended Worlds and Elias “Upset” Lipp left the team to return home to his wife. The French top laner publicly expressed his disappointment with the decision. After all that drama, Adam said that the team, and Upset in particular, were trying to recruit Barney “Alphari” Morris to replace him, which is why he decided to leave the team.
Since his FNATIC days, Adam has never been able to replicate the success he found there. This has been an issue that has affected the French talent’s career ever since, as teams were aware of his attitude and often did not want to take the risk of signing him.
