FUKUOKA/KUMAMOTO, Japan — Japanese real estate developer Mitsui Fudosan will set up a development center in Kumamoto prefecture for physical AI, seeking to bring Japanese and Taiwanese companies together to develop next-generation semiconductor technologies for robots, industrial equipment and automobiles.
