Pegasus Tech Ventures Secures More Than $300 Million Across Five Corporate Venture Funds
Pegasus Tech Ventures secured more than $300 million in new commitments across five corporate venture capital funds established during the first half of 2026.
The funds span industries including food and beverage, software, manufacturing and advanced technologies.
Pegasus operates a Venture Capital-as-a-Service platform that helps corporations build and manage investment programs without creating full internal venture capital organizations.
Its services include fund formation, strategy development, startup sourcing, due diligence, investment execution, portfolio management and commercial collaboration between startups and corporate partners.
Pegasus said demand is increasing as established businesses seek access to developments in artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, cybersecurity and advanced manufacturing.
Corporate venture programs can give businesses earlier visibility into emerging technologies while creating opportunities to invest in, partner with or eventually acquire startups.
Pegasus has more than 40 funds under management and over $2 billion in assets. It has invested in more than 300 companies globally.
The firm also operates the Startup World Cup, which connects entrepreneurs, investors and corporate partners across approximately 200 cities on six continents.
Pegasus believes venture investing is becoming a broader corporate strategy rather than an activity limited to technology companies.
