PEIMA Announces Punjab Jobs With Salaries Up to Rs. 750,000
The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has announced 31 contract-based vacancies for qualified and experienced professionals across multiple departments.
The positions offer monthly salaries ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 750,000, depending on the role and level of responsibility.
Director-Level Positions
PEIMA is inviting applications for the following Director positions:
- Director Human Resources & Administration
- Director Finance
- Director Program
- Director Partnership & Collaboration
- Director Academics & Research
- Director Monitoring & Evaluation
Each director-level post offers a monthly salary of Rs. 750,000.
Applicants are generally required to:
- Be 35 to 55 years of age.
- Hold at least 16 years of education.
- Have 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Other Senior Positions
The authority has also announced vacancies for:
- Chief Audit Officer – Rs. 350,000 per month
- Data Analyst – Rs. 350,000 per month
- Data Engineer – Rs. 350,000 per month
The age limit is 30 to 45 years for the Chief Audit Officer and 28 to 45 years for the Data Analyst and Data Engineer positions.
Assistant Director Vacancies
PEIMA is recruiting Assistant Directors in several areas, including:

- Information Technology
Most Assistant Director positions offer Rs. 225,000 per month, while the Assistant Director IT & Software Development post carries a higher salary of Rs. 300,000 per month.
Candidates generally require:
- At least 16 years of education.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Assistant and IT Positions
The authority has also announced:
- Seven Assistant positions – Rs. 150,000 per month
- Two Assistant IT positions – Rs. 150,000 per month
Applicants for these roles must have at least one year of relevant work experience.
