Star Fox Tops Weekly Sales Chart in Japan
Star Fox for Nintendo Switch 2 debuted at the top of the weekly sales chart in Japan, according to Famitsu.
Famitsu published the ranking of the best-selling games in Japan for the period from June 22 to June 28.
Top 10 sales in Japan:
- Star Fox (NS2) — 41,680;
- Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream (NS) — 28,543 (total — 1,410,570);
- Powerful Pro Baseball 2026–2027 (NS) — 16,950 (146,335);
- eFootball Kick-Off (NS2) — 6,483 (41,508);
- Pokemon Pokopia (NS2) — 5,870 (1,069,925);
- Mario Kart World (NS2) — 4,521 (2,979,306);
- Medabots Card Robattle RB (NS) — 4,348;
- Blackish House: sideZ Retour (NS) — 4,114;
- The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales (NS2) — 4,077 (27,751);
- Minecraft (NS) — 3,353 (4,229,124).
The new Star Fox immediately took first place, confirming the high interest of Japanese players in the series. For Nintendo, this is another successful release on Switch 2.
