There’s one Black Flag Resynced Grand Cayman chest in particular that’s very difficult to reach, despite being so obvious. The hardest chest to reach is the secret one on the cliff found at (357,298) where an old man is getting shouted at for drinking too much. It’s impossible to climb up to so you instead need to follow the man’s lead and get Edward hammered too.

Head to the Grand Cayman tavern (you may need to complete a bar fight to properly unlock it first) and buy five drinks at the side of the bar. After the fifth drink and a fade-to-black, Edward will wake up in a pile of palm leaves on the ledge where the old man was. You’ll get the “Hungover” trophy/achievement for getting up here, and you can open the secret chest to get the Yoke-Form Vessel art collectible.

To reach the chest at (358,295), you need to go to the cave pool on the southwestern side of Grand Cayman with a Mayan statue nearby. Wade into the pool and dive down when you reach the end of the downward steps. Swim through the small doorway at the bottom of the cave and follow the steps up to the surface and you’ll emerge right in front of a chest containing some valuables worth a few hundred Reales in total, so it’s not the most rewarding of discoveries.
